These organizations serve as a platform for networking, learning, and advocacy. Learn more about some of UBC's professional associations here.

## Affiliation for Professional Chapters

Having an officially recognized Professional Chapters group will allow your team to gain access to many resources. To become officially recognized you must go through training courses, applications and safety training. This page will show you the path your team needs to take and which roles need to complete which modules.

### Student Group Approval and Renewal (SuperApp)

The SuperApp is an annual application process that student groups need to complete to be affiliated with the Faculty. To be eligible to receive resources (including funding, space, training and administrative support) from APSC and its departments, student groups or clubs must complete the SuperApp and required training.

### APSC Finance Training Course

Finance Training Course is mandatory for Professional Chapters leaders. This course will cover key financial principles and expenditure guidelines through a series of modules.

#### Registration

Professional Chapters will be contacted via email with more information regarding registration, once the course is ready.

#### Who needs to complete Finance Training?

- **One person must complete the course on behalf of the group**
- Groups who have a Finance Account under APSC
