## [Super Application FAQ and Tips](/student-groups/super-application/super-application-faq-and-tips)

## Tips and Resources:

- You will not be able to revise your application, so ensure everything is correct before submitting.
- If a question in the Basic Information form does not apply to you or has been answered elsewhere, enter "N/A" or leave it blank.
- For suggestions, clarifications, or other issues, contact the APSC PD office at <studentgroups@apsc.ubc.ca>.
- Try to get a head start on the application before the winter term commences. While the application requires a full updated roster and other important documentation, being prepared beforehand allows student groups to plan out what needs to be done, and collect documentation as necessary.
- Most teams report needing 4-10 hours on the application, depending on how much documentation already existed beforehand.
- Visit the Student Group Resources website for additional support and information – we have created a handbook to provide example responses for the Basic Information Forms!

### What are the benefits of filling out the SuperApp? Is it needed for anything else?

- EDTs –Team registration, department funding, space access, PAF eligibility
- E-IDEAS – Faculty Funding, PAF Eligibility
- Clubs + Chapters – Resource management/granting, PAF Eligibility

### Where does the information go?

Many places!

### As an EDT, what happens if I miss the SuperApp deadline?

If you miss the deadline, your team **does not get registered as an EDT** for that academic year. The first time, you will not be permitted to prototype, you will lose access to your space temporarily, and you may not participate in any competitions/conferences/external events on behalf of your EDT or as an APSC Representative. If an EDT has repeatedly missed the deadline, you may be disbanded at APSC discretion.
