PAF Reporting Requirements

All applicant groups receiving PAF funding are required to fulfill their reporting requirements in order to maintain PAF eligibility for the following year. Exceptions are not made for late reports.

Application Type: Professional Development Opportunities (General), Travel and Conferences

  • Reporting requirement: Final report (form available below) 
  • Deadline: August 31- by the end of the academic cycle in which the funding was granted. Exceptions will not be made for late reports.  
  • Consequence for late/no submission: If a team/person does not submit a final report for an initiative that used PAF funding they are not eligible to receive funding in the next PAF year. 

Application Type: PD Opportunities (Fast-track funding)

  • Reporting requirement: Reflection report (form provided by APSC PD at time of approval)
  • Deadline: August 31- by the end of the academic cycle in which the funding was granted. Exceptions will not be made for late reports.
  • Consequence for late/no submission: If a team/person does not submit a reflection report for an initiative that used PAF funding they are not eligible to receive funding in the next PAF year. 

Application Type: Engineering Design Teams

  • Reporting requirements: Project Progress and/or Evaluation Forms as outlined by APSC PD
  • Deadlines: Once per term (usually September 30, January 31, May 31). Exceptions will not be made for late reports
  • Consequence for late/no submission: If these are not submitted, PAF reserves the right to adjust funding. The following table indicates outcomes for a range of situations where teams have not submitted their forms:
