Professional Activities Fund

The Professional Activities Fund (PAF) supports undergraduate Professional Development.  This includes extra-curricular projects and activities including prototyping, competitions, and conferences. The intended purpose of the projects and activities is to enhance experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate engineering students.

How to Apply for PAF Funding

To Apply: If interested in PAF Funding, please:

  1. Review the PAF Guidelines and Information using the resources provided below.
  2. Complete the draft of your application guided by the PAF Application Questions.
  3. Have your application reviewed by the Professional Development Officer or Professional Development Assistant - please see office hours below.
  4. Submit the online PAF Application form for PAF Committee consideration.

  2. Visit PAF Office Hours (Tuesdays from 12 PM - 1 PM,  in EME 2241).
  3. Visit SOE PD Office Hours (Mondays from 12 PM - 1 PM, Wednesdays from 2 PM - 3 PM,  in EME 2241).
