The Professional Activities Fund (PAF) supports undergraduate Professional Development. This includes extra-curricular projects and activities including prototyping, competitions, and conferences. The intended purpose of the projects and activities is to enhance experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate engineering students.
2024-25 PAF Application Deadlines:
There are two main categories of PAF Funding:
Projects & Activities: 1 funding cycle per term.
2024 Winter Term 1- Applications are due Tuesday, October 22, 2024. Decisions will start being communicated on November 6, 2024.
2025 Winter Term 2- Applications are due Friday, February 21, 2025. Decisions will start being communicated on March 7, 2025.
Travel & Conferences: monthly funding cycles.
- Applications are due Sunday, July 28, 11:59 pm PT.
Decisions will start being communicated on Friday, August 9. - Applications are due Sunday, September 29, 11:59 pm PT.
Decisions will start being communicated on Friday, October 11. - Applications are due Sunday, October 20, 11:59 pm PT.

Students will receive a confirmation email, once the PAF Application is submitted.
Applicants will be updated once a decision is made.
