E-IDEAS (Engineering - Inclusion, Diversity, Equity Advancement for Students) empowers EDI Affinity student groups to provide students with support, networking and professional development opportunities, mentorship and career resources to cultivate an environment that recognizes and brings awareness to equity, diversity and inclusion and reflects the intersectionality of the Engineering student body.
