EDT Project Lifecycle Application: Stage 4 Submission

Project Lifecycle Applications are your roadmap from concept to completion. Every project involving prototyping or funding goes through four key stages: the Project Overview Form (Stage 1), Development & Build Package (Stage 2), Progress Update Form (Stage 3), and Project Evaluation Form (Stage 4).

Stage 4 of the Project Lifecycle application marks the formal completion of your project and documents any final changes to scope, timeline, or budget. It evaluates the project’s outcomes, reflects on initial goals, deliverables, and progress, and provides an opportunity for teams to assess their achievement and what they have learned.
